I know, I know...I haven't updated in forever. Let's just say that we've been super busy and there hasn't been time for hanging out on the computer.
I have a ton of pictures to share, tons of things to talk about, etc.
And now, tomorrow morning, we leave again. We're headed back to Florida for a little over a week. We'll be at camp with senior high students and then packing a moving truck with our things for our final (at least for a while) trip from our old home to our new home.
At least there is an end in sight, right?
Until then, here are some pictures to make you smile!

Afternoon with Joy
Before we left Florida, we made sure to get together with Joy, Tater's birthmother, and her family. I love watching them interact. We met at a park and the kids had an awesome time playing.
Here are some pictures from our day!
Tater giving kisses to Joy.

Swinging with Joy
Going down the slide with his Bubba, his half brother.
I love this picture (obviously cropped for the blog), but it shows Tater with his siblings.
We said our goodbyes and there were tears. :(
Tater is blessed to have so many people that love him.
We Made It
We made it to our new destination!!!
We drove up on Wednesday and got to Dave's parent's house just a little after 9 that night. Not bad for getting a late start that morning.
Here's what Tater did most of our trip. :)
Hoping to update and post more pics tonight and tomorrow.

Bittersweet
Sorry for the lack of posts this past week. So much is going on and stuff needs to be done which leads for not much computer time.
I haven't even taken that many pics, which for those of you who know me, it's so not me!
This past week has been so bittersweet. As most of you know, our family of 3 is moving on Wednesday. This had led to lots of goodbyes. While we are super excited about our move and the opportunity to be closer to our families, it's hard to leave our friends here.
My mom and sister have been down for the past two weeks, helping us with Tater and helping us prepare for the move. Tomorrow, they head home. Can't tell you how much I appreciate having them here with us and for the memories they helped us make these past two weeks.
Because we are staying with friends tomorrow night, tonight is our last night in our house. I rocked Tater to sleep and kissed him when I put him in the crib in his nursery tonight. Tomorrow is the beginning of the big change for him. I know that he will be fine. He's such a good boy and is so flexible.
While I know that the house that we live in doesn't matter, it's hard to not look around and remember Dave and I painting the stripes in his room, bringing him home to this house, and all of the memories that we have made here. It will be sad to say goodbye to this house, but exciting to think about all of the memories that are yet to come. :)
