Tater has his 18 month appointment last Friday, even though he is technically 19 months. It was our first appointment with his new doctor since we moved.
We liked his new doctor and so did Tater. His new doctor is actually Dave's old doctor when he was younger.
On our way to his appointment.
Hanging out together while we waited for the doctor.
It's always fun to spin on the doctor's chair.
Spinning his book.
Reading his book while spinning. I have no idea how this didn't make him sick.
Standing on the scale like a big boy.
He weighs 27.4 lbs and is 33 1/2 inches tall. The doctor didn't give us the percentages, but I looked them up online and according to the site, he's in the 75%-100% group for both height and weight.
The doctor was impressed with his vocabulary and considered him advanced in both speech and motor skills.
We have a couple of health concerns, something I don't plan to discuss at this time on the blog (if you want to know, feel free to email me). Because of these, he had to have blood taken. He cried when the needle first went in, but then was fine after watching the blood go through the tube. Sooo much better and easier than his stitches experience.
Playing with cars while waiting for his blood to be taken.
No shots this go around. Woohoo!!!
Overall, it was a great appointment! He's one awesome little man.
