January 15: 

 January 16:  It's amazing to see the many "We're pregnant" announcements on fb. Even though we are super content with our family of 3 right now, it is just a reminder that things won't be as easy when we want another child.

January 17:  So wish we could go to Disney for Tater's 2nd birthday.

 January 17:  Any good advice on getting grass stains out of little boy clothing?

January 19:  I really need a new pillow. My neck is killing me.

January 19:  Things I'm thankful for tonight: awesome inlaws, giggles from my son and nephew, Dave getting to leave work early and listening to him read Green Eggs and Ham to Tarer, and a Redbox free code allowing me to have a movie date. :)

January 20:  Tater and Brennen checking out the bears.

 January 20:  I love my son, especially when he takes 3 hour naps.

January 20:  Reading with Great Grandma Virgie.

 January 21:  Napping this afternoon felt wonderful. Being wide awake at midnight tonight...not so wonderful. :(

January 21:  A lazy rainy Saturday morning. Loving it!

January 21:  A clean house + a sleeping Tater + a gloomy Saturday afternoon = a relaxing and possibly napping Mommy.

January 21:  Playing cars with my boy.

 January 22:  Hoping that Tater sounding a little stuffy is only my imagination. We cannot deal with another ear infection right now. :( (The last 4 colds turned into ear infections.)

January 22:  Watching his reflection in the dishwasher as he plays his drum.

Me:Did you have a good nap, Tater?

Tater:Yep. 

Me:What did you dream about? 

Tater:Waffles!

January 23:  Family train time.

 January 25:  While he was happily reading on the way to work the way to work, I asked Tater if he was my good boy. His response "No. Brebben."(Brennen, my nephew)

January 25:  At Tater's 1st movie.

January 27:  I so love Pinterest, but hate the fact that I don't have money to spare to try out 95% of them. Maybe someday...

January 27:  Tater and I just finished playing hide and seek with Nana, Papa, and Aunt Lisa. An awesome Friday night.

H's Birthday

Tater's girlfriend (one of many), H, had her second birthday and invited us to come celebrate with her. 

They had a blast playing the piano.

 

 After all of the piano playing, it was time for some yummy treats. 

 As you can see, he loved the cake. 

He had a blast.  Thanks, H, for letting us come to your party. 

Zoo Fun

On January 6th, Dave, Tater, and I went to the zoo since we got zoo passes for Christmas!  :)  The weather was perfect and so empty, which made it a perfect day. 

 Tater and Dave turned into orangutans. 

 I love how he holds onto Dave's ears.  haha

 The orangutan was wrapped up in a blanket.
