His Nana Blanket
Tater has a blanket that he has slept with every night since he came home from the hospital. It's his special blanket that his Nana made for him when he was born. It's traveled to camp, to see his grandparents, to Orlando, and more. It goes where we go.
Normally, we keep it in his crib to keep it safe, but sometimes, I let him take it out and love on it.
Can you tell that he thinks it's pretty awesome???
Easter Baskets
Last year, Tater received his first Easter basket from his Gramma and Papa.
This year, he got a basket from his Daddy and Mommy (the one on the left, which is the basket from last year) and he got the dinosaur basket from his Nana and Papa.
He's not spoiled at all.
After church, lunch, and a good nap, he was ready to find out what was inside.
Bath toys, shirts, and more.
Look, Mommy! A new book!
The egg you see is one that his Daddy has had for a long time. Looking forward to hiding something special in it each year.
This year, he got dried mixed berries in his special egg.
Bubble fun.
(He's got more teeth coming in and had started making this funny face. I think it feels good on his teeth and gums. He cracks me up.)
Magnet animals.
Paints! Can't wait to use these with him.
Marshmellow duck.
His first chocolate bunny.
Loving the new dinosaur shirt.
More bubbles.
Time to eat the bunny.
Testing out the animal magnets.
Easter Morning
I saw a cute Baby's First Easter bib the other day and I almost bought it.
Then, I remembered that this wasn't Tater's first Easter!!! :)
He just wasn't home for his first Easter. He was only 2 weeks old and would spend the next 4 weeks in the hospital.
I just had to get a few cute pics of the Tater before we left for church on Sunday morning.
We had a very busy morning at church.
The teens were in charge of fixing a pancake and bacon breakfast for the church family. My authentic friend even spilled hot out of the oven bacon grease on my foot!!! No worries...it didn't blister or anything. I love you, Trish.
Then I helped out in the nursery during the church service.
We took some pictures together after church.
Playing on the playground before heading home.
Even Daddy and Uncle Bryan had to get in on the fun.
